It’s here, the class you’ve all been asking for! Intro to Tension Board!!

From safety to training methods, this 1.5 hr. class will give you everything you need to get started on a Tension Board training regime. Learn basic strategies for using the board for your endurance, power or hand strength goals. At the end of the instruction, you will have a chance to try the board out.

This class will be open to everyone but please not that open Tension Board hours are limited to Paragon members.
