From Russian farm weight to Russian special forces training tool, kettlebells have evolved into one of the most versatile and effective fitness products on the market.  Although very popular, the proper use of a kettlebell can often be difficult, but it doesn’t have to be!

We have created a series of kettlebell classes happening every Monday evening in Februaryfrom 5:30-6:30 pm, that focus on learning the basics and honing your kettle bell skills:

  • 2/5 The Goblet Squat
  • 2/12 The Famous Kettlebell Swing
  • 2/19 The Clean and Press
  • 2/26 The Turkish Get-up
